Yes - Replai works with any account that can authenticate via Microsoft OAuth, including @outlook.com personal accounts, @hotmail.com, and Microsoft 365 business accounts. For M365 business accounts, your IT admin may need to approve the app if your organization restricts third-party OAuth. Replai does not require Exchange admin access.
Replai requests Mail.ReadWrite (to read inbox emails and save draft replies), and optionally Calendars.ReadWrite (to create calendar events for bookings). It does not request permission to send email - All drafts must be reviewed and sent by you. You can revoke access at any time from account.microsoft.com.
Yes - You can connect both Gmail and Outlook to the same Replai account. The inbox view shows both inboxes in one place. Your reply identity (writing style) applies to drafts for both providers. Scheduling bookings can sync to both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar simultaneously. If you primarily use Gmail, see the AI Gmail assistant page. If you use another provider, see custom email setup.
Focused Inbox separates emails into "Focused" and "Other" based on sender signals and engagement history. Replai reads the full content of each email and classifies it into 7 specific categories using a language model - Producing more accurate triage, especially for emails requiring a reply versus informational ones. Replai also generates the reply draft itself, which Focused Inbox cannot do.
No. Replai is a separate product that connects to Outlook via the standard Microsoft Graph API. It does not use or require a Copilot license.
