Replai reads your Sent folder - Not your full inbox. It reads sent emails because those are the emails that represent how you write when you're the author. It does not read all incoming email to learn style. The number of sent emails it reads is limited (typically up to 50) and you control which provider it has access to. You can also add or remove individual examples manually.
The initial style analysis takes under a minute once you trigger it from your account. The quality improves significantly with 20 or more sent email examples. If you've sent fewer than 20 emails from the connected account, you can manually add example replies to supplement what was found automatically.
Currently Replai supports one reply identity per account. The identity captures your general writing style - The same tone you'd use across most professional emails. If you need drastically different tones for different clients or contexts, you can add specific examples and notes to your identity to indicate when you write more formally or casually.
Yes - Your reply identity and example emails are stored encrypted and associated only with your account. They are not used to train any shared AI model and are not shared with other users. You can delete your identity and all examples at any time from your account settings.
